Meet Our Team

Jamie is the glue that holds our office together. She is the best office manager around. When she is not taking care of patients and dealing with Dr. Ward’s every crazy idea, she is keeping this office running like the well-oiled machine that it is. We would all be lost without her. Outside the office she is a boy mom and a dog mom who has some of the coolest earrings ever. She also has a strange obsession with german chocolate things, which Dr. Ward can’t understand.

Laurie is one of the first friendly and smiling faces you will see in our office. She is our Treatment Coordinator Extraordinaire. Nothing brings her more joy than running around and making sure our patients feel at home and have their questions and concerns answered, along with literally running around. We would be hard pressed to find someone who is more committed to working out and staying healthy than Laurie. Laurie has doggos and kiddos but her kiddos are older and moved out, the dogs haven’t figured that one out yet.

Deb is quite possibly the nicest person you will ever meet, period. She starts everyone’s day with a warm smile and will make you feel like you just walked into the best family reunion (with the fun side of the family, not the weird side you only see every other year). She will also proudly show off the latest photos of her lovely grandchildren if you give her a chance.

Luci is often the first and the last face you see when you’re visiting our office. She makes sure everyone is scheduled for the proper appointments and she and Deb make our front office Dream Team. Luci has an excellent eye for detail and is the one who makes our lovely gift baskets and patient appreciation gifts. Her only fault is her gift-wrapping skills are too good, just ask her about Secret Santa.

Maggie is so prepared and organized it makes Dr. Ward feel like his life is in shambles. She uses this organizational mastery to make our clinic run like a dream (a well-organized dream, not one of those weird ones where you wake up going huh?). Aside from her ability to complete her Christmas shopping in April, she also is busy with her kids and their sports activities.

Nicole walks around the clinic like she owns the place. Dr. Ward thinks she walks loudly to scare away her arch nemesis… spiders! Nicole is one of our amazing assistants and she is one of the best. She is also one of the few people not afraid to tell Dr. Ward when his jokes are really bad, like audible groan level bad. Nicole is super busy outside of the clinic keeping up with her kids and her dogs.

Siera is our resident member of Gen Z, and as such, we tease her mercilessly about her lack of knowledge of cool things, like 80’s references and the difference between Backstreet Boys and ‘Nsync. Secretly we are all jealous of her knowledge of what the cool kids are saying. Siera is one of our amazing assistants and loves working with and getting to know all of our patients.

Tiffany is such a nice person, like suspicious-level-must-be-a-spy nice. She is one of the few assistants Dr. Ward can count on to agree with him when the clinic is too hot and we need to kick the fan on. She is a wonderful assistant and our patients love her. Tiffany has her time outside of the clinic spent chasing her little ones and keeping up with them all.

Chrystal is one of our assistants, but she is here part of the time. Her other time is spent being a real estate tycoon of some sorts. She is also one of those people who never age, like Paul Rudd or Keanu Reeves. You would never believe that she is a grandma, but it’s true. Chrystal is extremely experienced and puts everyone she works with at ease.

Heather is another one of our fabulous part-time assistants. She spends her time outside of the office chasing her son, her twin daughters and her dog. Heather also is our resident social media guru and is responsible for the fun activities we do here in the clinic. Rumor has it that somewhere, there is a rather large closet where Heather stores her hoard of shoes. Just kidding, Dr. Ward is just jealous of her awesome footwear.

Kenzie is one of our part-time assistants. When she is not in the clinic she is probably bench pressing her children. She is our resident fitness buff and could easily beat Dr. Ward in an arm wrestling contest. She also makes amazing sourdough things that are ridiculously good. She is someone who puts her patients at ease with her calm demeanor and makes everyone feel right at home.

Yuri is our lab technician who makes all of the wonderful metal devices we use to make your smile perfect. Not only is she skilled with solder and wires, but she is the only person with whom Dr. Ward can speak Spanish! Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family and thinking about how she can kick Dr. Ward if he asks for another thing in the lab. She is amazing and if you ever get the chance, pop in to the lab and say hola!

Nina is our office deep-thinker. She loves analyzing and asking you “why do you feel that way?” and “what does that mean?” She is also another of our lab technicians. She has a great eye for detail and cares greatly about our patients getting the best results possible. Not only that, she is also a gamer, which Dr. Ward can relate to and they often compare notes of which games they are playing.
