I love this office! As an “ older adult” I didn’t relish the idea of wearing braces for a second time. However, this has turned out to be a great experience. The entire staff is professional, kind, and fun! They do excellent work and are attentive to every detail. I highly recommend them!

We are repeat clients/patients, as our oldest son did treatment a few years ago, and now it's our youngest son's turn. Always a positive experience when our son has an appointment. Friendly, professional, and helpful staff, who always understand if we need to reschedule or make any changes. I like the incentives Dr. Ward's office offers with the tokens for being responsible with hygiene, etc. I am confident that our son will receive the treatment he needs to correct any of his mouth, jaw, teeth issues.

I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of going to Dr Nile and his team for my braces. I was so happy with how great everyone was and how my teeth turned out. Since I started going my wife and daughter has went and their teeth look amazing. My son is now going and seeing Dr Ward and he is a great addition to the team. My dentist referred me to Dr. Niles because, in his experience, he is the best orthodontist in Eugene. I have to agree. My landscaper also chose him after researching all the top orthodontists in the area. I had a severe open bite that required over 2 and a half years of complicated procedures to correct but it was all worth it. He saved my teeth and jaws. I’m over 60 btw

I cannot say enough about how kind everyone is who works here. Orthodontics can be so stressful, and gentle and kind attitudes go a long way. My daughter really struggled to brush her teeth with braces and the staff brainstormed ideas with us without judgement and with understanding. I will miss coming here after her braces are off. ❤️

I love Dr Niles and his staff. I am going on my last 5 weeks of treatment and my teeth look great! My before and after pictures are going to be amazing! For anyone looking for a FANTASTIC orthodontist, Dr Niles in Eugene is just the person who can help you achieve the highest possible cosmetic perfection. He is very attentive to every detail, and quite the perfectionist. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. They're always so professional and everyone has always been so nice to me even when I ask dumb questions. 😂 I am so happy with the results, almost one year in braces and a year in a Herbst appliance before that, it's one of the best decisions I've ever made, even though it was a tough road being in my 30s with braces. You are never too old to get your bite aligned so you can chew and bite properly AND look good at the same time!

I was extremely reluctant to start down the path or orthodontia for the second time in my life having had a horrible experience 40 plus years ago. I am so glad I did and that I was with Dr. Niles and his outstanding staff! They are wonderful: kind, understanding, professional, cheerful and positive throughout. They are also amazing at time management as my appointments were always on time and sometimes even a little early, even as a drop in for an adjustment. I recommend them highly.

Dr. Niles and staff can only be described as EXCEPTIONAL! They over delivered on what they said they could do! I had severe jaw popping and pain when i arrived at their office. He quickly evaluated me and was certain he could help me. Just got my braces off last week... Boy what a difference! Not only is my jaw issue 100% resolved I now have beautiful straight teeth. Exceptionally professional in every aspect! This was my second round of correction as I was 13 when I first had braces. I am now 28 years old and was slightly apprehensive to go through this process again. Dr. Niles and his staff explained everything that would be done down to every detail and completely put my mind at ease. We have been with Dr. Niles for 3 years, 3 family members and 1 move out of the area. We continued to use their services even after we moved an hour and a half away simply because Dr. Niles and his team are truly exceptional at what they do. With 2 children and a husband in various stages of braces, we always seem to have something that needs attention, they always get us in quickly and on our schedule. We never feel like they are in a hurry or that we are "just another patient", everyone is kind and welcoming. Dr. Niles is sensitive to how my kids feel about their progress and that orthodontics might make them uncomfortable or self conscious, he will make adjustments to the plan along the way to better suit the needs of the individual patient. We also have a lot of contact with the orthodontic assistants, we have not met one yet that didn't seem to be having a good time or happy to be doing what they were doing. Everyone, from consult to x-ray, appointments and tune-ups, they are all fantastic, Dr. Niles has put together a great team that we are happy to recommend to anyone.

There are good orthodontists and then there are great ones. Dr Niles is one of the great ones. I own dental practices throughout Oregon, Crisdental. I have been referring patients to him for years. Dr. Niles' care and expertise is second to none. His staff is wonderful. He finishes cases quicker and with better results than anyone I know. As a side note, I don't say this because I'm friends with him. I only know him as a colleague. I want the best care for my patients and hands down, he is the best!

We brought our 7 year old daughter in today for a consultation. We were greeted professionally and warmly the moment we walked through the door at Niles Orthodontics! Even though we were a little early, we were given a prompt, detailed tour of the office, which included a brief description of their sterilization process. During our consultation, treatment options were explained so that myself and my seven year old daughter understood what treatment was recommended. There were models showing the different appliances and and types of braces. We felt warm and welcome and my daughter LOVED the staff and doctor. She has been talking about her experience there ever since she came home. We are looking forward to starting her treatment and feel confident and excited that we have found the right Orthodontist to take good care of our daughter.
