Amazing staff they really care

We love Dr. Ward and his team! They are endlessly patient and kind with our son, and it has been incredible to see the progression in my son’s mouth. Palate expansion and braces have helped reduce mouth breathing and oral sensitivity, and correct misalignment. My son initially had a severe gag reflex, and they were compassionate and creative in their responsiveness and ability to find ways to continue providing care. Every step of the experience there has been positive! The front desk staff is warm, welcoming, and so accommodating, and the waiting room is comfortable and has toys and books to entertain my other kids. The assistants are friendly, knowledgeable, and somehow create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere even when every chair in the office is filled and i know they’ve been booked solid all day, we’re running late, my 4 year old is dysregulated, and my 10 year old is gagging and throwing up on them. 😂 That last part only happened once and then they skillfully pivoted and have provided alternate options for impressions, etc., since then. Dr. Ward takes the time to listen not just to me, but to my son, and to work together on treatment planning. It is clear that he is a parent in the way that he is unphased by developmentally appropriate behavior that some adults find difficult - hyper kids, unresponsive shy kids, super sensitive kids, etc. He takes everything in stride and seems to really care that each patient is comfortable and has the best outcome. He’s also been conservative in his approach, not over treating and waiting for necessary development to occur before each next step of treatment. My son has been really motivated to earn coins, and stayed committed to his oral hygiene as a result, despite tooth brushing having been a struggle for him previously. We are so grateful to all the providers and staff at Ward Family Orthodontics!

We love Dr Ward. My daughter has been seeing him since she was in 2nd grade for corrective orthodontics. She’s now going through her second round using Invisalign. He has been so understanding, making sure everyone is comfortable.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ward and his office. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I had braces myself and two of my kids are getting ortho treatment through them as well. Definitely recommend!!

My son is getting braces on today at Ward! It’s a big day for us. He has been going to Ward for check ups for years now. Staff is friendly, location is convenient, the orthodontists are very knowledgeable!

I started invisalign with them and so far the experience has been great ! The price they quoted me was far more affordable than another place I had gone to in town. Plus I got a new electric tooth brush, some included dental supplies such as mouthwash and toothpaste, and some accessories for the aligners. Dr.Ward was very personable and explained everything clearly, answered my questions and I feel that I am in good hands. I definitely recommend coming here for invisalign !

I had taken my older son to a different place in my hometown.. it was not a good place & although it was years ago it was a horrible experience that I didn't want to go through again, but my dental hygienist recommended this place when it was time for my younger son to need braces & although I now have to drive 30 to 40 minutes to get there it is well worth it!! First, this place is exceptionally clean, very well laid out & nice atmosphere! Second, every employee greets you with a smile, treats you with kindness & explains what is going to be happening with each appt.. They have been great from the start.. after our first consultation we discussed that my son needed to wait until is baby teeth were all out before starting with braces so they had us check in about every 6 months until it was time to start. Each visit we met with Laurie & Dr. Ward.. they were very informative & they really took the time to go over everything & make sure we understood it all. They listen to not only my concerns or questions but also check in with my son too. Laurie always has a great smile & attitude and was very helpful when going over the financing part too. Deb, that works at the front desk is a sweet heart.. nicest, helpful person I've ever dealt with! Each person we have dealt with so far has been awesome!! And Dr. Ward is fantastic!! He is professional but also down to earth, fun & super nice.. like seriously above & beyond!! Dr. Ward, the assistants & the rest of the staff has made our experience way better than I thought things would be. I just can't say enough about how well they represent themselves, explain everything & how great they treat you!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Been coming to them since I was in elementary school and just recently had to come back and get braces again. They have not change one bit continuously, friendly and welcoming. Seem like another addition to your family They take Great care of their patients And always want the best outcome for them

In my short time at Ward family orthodontic I have had a wonderful experience. The office its self is a beautiful space. Very warm and welcoming. They work very well together as one great team. The name really describes the environment. The whole building feels very family oriented. Which is important to me considering I have to bring a toddler with me to every appointments. All employees are super nice and ready to help as soon as you step through that door. Doctor Ward him self is very professional and attentive with his patients. He goes over all treatment plans in an easy way to understand. He also always makes time for questions. He personally follows up making sure everything is feeling ok with the new braces. I have never felt rushed or like “just another patient.” I always feel cared for when I’m in their care. The price was a little on the higher side but the care I’m recieveing makes it worth every penny. The oral b io tooth brush and the free ice cream cone from Dairy Queen are a nice gift your receive after you get your braces placed. Scheduling is super easy. I think I made the right choice choosing them for my dental care.

Came here for an estimate on braces. The staff was incredibly friendly, informative, and understanding. Kiddo was worried about getting braces, so with the families approval they brought kiddo back to view someone getting braces on. She’s definitely less scared. They had examples of teeth with all the devices on. We could hold and examine them to understand better. We’re still price shopping as I feel the quote was a bit high, but nothing crazy.

Dr. Ward and his staff are so incredibly sweet and professional! I had flared teeth and wanted to fix it but some of the other orthodontists I went to didn’t feel really transparent and I was quoted quite high. The process was extremely smooth when I went to his practice and I just finished my Invisalign with them! Easily able to access for any questions or concerns I had and Dr. Ward was always gentle, precise and thorough in everything. The office is really generous too- they gave me an electric tooth brush and other goodies when I started and a little bottle of champagne to celebrate being done today ◡̈ I always felt well taken care of there and I wouldn’t recommend any other practice or doctor. Thank you everyone!!

Great staff always so friendly. Love that they always greet you as you come in. Very informative with what to expect and the plan. I'm an adult in braces so its been noce to be going to a good orthodontist.

LOVED my experience here!! Everyone is insanely nice and they went above and beyond in helping me afford my services. I came in because my bottom permanent retainer that I’ve had for years started to pop off. Once I was seen and made an appointment to actually get it off, it took 12 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out to get the retainer off, and 7 minutes for my appointment to get my non-permanent retainer/tray. I’m blown away with them!
