My 9 year old is just at the beginning of their journey with Dr. Ward and his office, but our first 3 appointments have been wonderful. I loved that they noted my kiddo's 'gag reflex' just from our consultation and then were so patient and extra caring during the part that was really difficult for that (the impressions). Everyone has been really kind and patient and that has made my sensitive kiddo really confident going through this process so far!

Dr. Ward and his staff are amazing! They all have made our family comfortable and at home when we are in the office. I would 100% recommend Dr. Ward for your and/or your family orthodontic care.

I am getting Aligners this month but I just wanted to say that my first 2 appointments at Ward have been so welcoming and smooth. Everyone there treats you like family. They have a kid area and the receptionist even watched my daughter while I had a service done. 10/10 recommend!

I wanted to close a small gap between my front teeth and Ward suggested Spark Aligners. I only had to wear them for 7 months. It was a commitment but totally worth it!

Called around Town for a consult for my son. Dr.Ward saw both him & myself. “Family discount” Everyone here is so friendly and understanding of needs & wants.

Getting orthodontic work done can be intimidating. Dr.ward and his associates made it a wonderful process. From intake to monthly visits, it’s been a surprisingly enjoyable process!

We are very pleased with the services provided so far. Everyone has been so kind and gentle. Each step easier than the first. Much has changed since I had braces in the 80’s! Would very much recommend Dr. Ward and his crew.

Both my children have beautiful smiles all thanks to Dr. Niles. Unfortunately, now Dr. Niles has retired.

It's fun here! Not usually a word associated with orthodontics, but this staff clearly has fun together and that extends to the patients and families. The staff have a pumpkin decorating contest, gift basket raffles, a cozy atmosphere with a fun decorating theme, family friendly waiting room (changing table in restroom, toys for little ones while they wait for older siblings, comfortable seating), themed work days and they talk to patients about topics relevant to them (they know what's popular with kids😄). They also offered very reasonable payment plans for treatment, and we feel like we are in very capable hands.

Dr. Ward and staff are the best. I started my orthodontic care in 2006/2007 with Dr. Niles and have since referred many friends and family members and now my kids are under Dr. Ward’s care and we’re so happy with how things are going. Dr. Ward and staff will not disappoint. They are stellar!

Just got my Invisalign put in at Ward Family Orthodontics, and I have to say is they’ve been so wonderful! The whole team makes you feel totally comfortable and takes the time to explain everything.

The staff is very kind and friendly. They are also very punctual! They are helpful with questions or concerns. Also, they have been very accommodating for broken appliances and can get us in quickly. I really appreciate them!

Well, it’s hard to say getting braces is enjoyable, but these people really do a good job of making the best of it. The office is a pleasant and efficient experience and the people are kind. There is a good amount of personality to the space as well—there is a candy wall for all the things you get to have once your braces are off, and there was a great pumpkin contest on display in the fall. Plus the kids earn wooden nickels for their pain and suffering 😬 and those can be exchanged for cool stuff kids like.
